WEDOLIT C 92 is a synthetic welding pearl protection agent based on selected, high-quality glycols.
WEDOLIT C 92 contains no insoluble pigments is free of silicones and chlorine compounds and is supplied ready for use.
WEDOLIT C 92 is sprayed on as a thin film in the area of the welding zone, and can of course also be applied using a brush, roller or dipping process. The film remaining on the surface reliably prevents the adhesion of metal splashes (grit) and encrustation of the welding nozzles.
WEDOLIT C 92 is inhibited against corrosion in such a way that rusting of the treated body parts during drying of the synthetic solution is prevented. The remaining anhydrous film provides good additional protection at the treated areas.
WEDOLIT C 92 can be easily removed from the metal surface with alkaline cleaners by spraying or dipping, even after several weeks of storage of the treated parts.

The product must be stored frost-free between 5-40 °C. The minimum shelf life in closed original containers is 12 months.
